What we collect and why

When you fill in our enquiry form we collect your name, postcode, phone number, email address (if you give it) and details of what you need. We use this only to respond to your enquiry, arrange a visit and provide a quotation. Our lawful basis is your consent and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

If you become a customer, we keep records of the work we carry out, including gas safety records, as required by law and for our legitimate business purposes such as warranties and service reminders.

Who we share it with

We never sell your information. We share it only where needed to provide our service – for example, registering your new boiler with the manufacturer and notifying Building Control through the Gas Safe Register – or where the law requires it. Our website host processes form submissions on our behalf.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Customer and job records are kept for as long as needed for warranty, legal and accounting purposes.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website, such as which pages are viewed and whether people call or send an enquiry. Google Analytics sets cookies, and these are only set if you click "Accept analytics" on our cookie banner. If you reject, no analytics cookies are used. You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page.

We also store your cookie choice in your browser so we don't ask you again on every page.

Your rights

You have the right to ask for a copy of your information, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw consent at any time. To do so, contact us using the details above. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
